Interment will be held in the Glenwood Cemetery.

Phyllis N. Fisher, 81, of Glenwood, IA formerly of Pacific Junction, IA entered into eternal rest on Oct. 5, 2011 in Council Bluffs, IA. She was born Nov. 16, 1929 in Nodaway, IA to Darley & Ruby (Reynolds) Agnew. Following high school, Phyllis continued her education to become a teacher. She taught country school and later became employed with the Glenwood Resource Center.

Phyllis was united in marriage to Lorren Charles Fisher on Aug. 14, 1949 in Council Bluffs, IA. To this union two sons were born, Terry Reece and Tracey Ray. Phyllis enjoyed raising her family and was a talented musician playing the organ, piano and singing. She enjoyed bridge and various card games, traveling and especially loved being with her family.

Preceding Phyllis in death were her parents, husband and one brother. She is survived by her sons, Terry & wife Christine Fisher of Canyon City, CO; Tracey & wife Debbie Fisher of Pacific Junction, IA; 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; extended relatives and many friends.
