Richard Lynn Anglen

A memorial fund has been established.

INTERMENT: Martin Chapel Cemetery, Pacific Junction, Iowa.

Richard Lynn Anglen, age 40, passed away August 15, 2007 in Kansas City, KS. He was born July 29, 1967 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Samuel Levi and Sharon (Hunter) Anglen.

Richard was a kind and generous individual, always putting others before himself. He loved his family and friends and would do anything to help them out in their times of need. His enjoyments in life were Nascar, four-wheeling, fishing, hunting, and his great desire to drive a big semi truck someday. He accomplished this dream and had been currently driving for Scott Welding. Richard was a do it yourself type person. This was shown time and time again as he would help his family with many remodeling projects. His family, especially his nephews, were his priority and they will forever miss him.

Richard was preceded in death by his father Samuel Anglen. He is survived by his mother, Sharon Anglen of Glenwood, IA; brothers, Randy & wife Deb Anglen of Glenwood, IA and their sons Tony Anglen of Meeker, CO and Cory Anglen of Glenwood, IA; Samuel Levi Anglen, JR. and his wife Carla of Glenwood, IA and their children, Honey & husband Caleb Wear and their son Austin and Casey Meredith all of Sioux City, IA; aunts and uncles, Gene Anglen, Shirley Prien, Barbara Bowley, Della Mae Evans, Darrell Anglen and wife Della Joy, Connie & husband Don York, Warren Hunter, Peggy Rousseau, Darrell & wife Earla Hunter, other extended relatives and a host of friends.
