Betty Jane Lundvall, 98 of Glenwood, Iowa formerly of Wapello, Iowa and Malvern, Iowa passed away August 25, 2022. She was born August 7, 1924 in Muscatine, Iowa to Harvey Warren and Jennie Alice (Martin) Derby.

Betty was united in marriage to Robert Howard Lundvall on July 2, 1943 in Kohoka, Missouri. She was a Foster Grandparent at the Glenwood Resource Center for many years until her retirement. Betty loved to crochet, drinking her morning coffee, playing bingo at Glen Haven and was a fantastic cook. She enjoyed her life as a farmwife. Betty loved her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Preceding Betty in passing were her parents, husband, three children: Tommy, Keith and Carl and his wife Judy Lundvall, one grandson and one great-grandson. Survivors include her children Dallas “Jim” (Judy) Lundvall of Malvern, Iowa; Roberta (Charlie) Steffensmeier of Burlington, Iowa; Bill (Barbara) Lundvall of Malvern, Iowa; Linda (John) Fisher of El Campo, Texas; Bruce (Phyllis) Lundvall of Springfield, Missouri; 21 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
