Billie L. Reafleng, 73, of Glenwood, Iowa, formerly of Pacific Junction, Iowa, entered into eternal rest on April 13, 2007 in Glenwood, Iowa. He was born March 4, 1934 in Mills County, Iowa to Georgie Sylvester and Hazel Adelle ( Wilson) Reafleng.
Billie graduated from Glenwood High School in 1950. He faithfully served his country in the Army from 1954-56. Billie was united in marriage to Helen Ruth Skinner on March 21, 1975 in Plattsmouth, NE. The couple enjoyed traveling, especially taking cruises together. Billie also loved to fish, camp and farm. His memberships included the American Legion and Pacific Junction United Methodist Church.
Preceding Billie in death were his parents, brother, Bobby Cleve Reafleng in 1983, infant sister, Ester Reafleng in 1929, and son Dennis Lee Reafleng in 2006. He is survived by his wife Helen Reafleng of Glenwood, IA; daughters, Linda Sue Reafleng of Lincoln, NE; Tammy Jo & husband Tommy Collinson of Council Bluffs, IA: sisters Georgia & husband Richard Harold of Fremont, NE; Daisy Alice Reafleng of Pacific Junction, IA: Geneva Florence & husband Stanley Bomer of Pacific Junction, IA; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
