Burl and Betty enjoyed traveling all over the world. He also spent many hours working in his woodshop. Betty passed away on March 1, 1992 from a terminal illness.
Burl remarried on July 6, 1996 to Myra Sue Taylor Lincoln. She and her son Clay Lincoln joined the Vinton family. Remaining on the home farm they enjoyed traveling, raising livestock and the most recent love of their lives, Babe the dog.
Throughout his lifetime, Burl enjoyed operating his dozer and other heavy equipment and reported to his business office every day, even up until the time of his passing.

Our Hearts and Prayers are with the Entire Vinton Family and Burl’s Friends, which were many. We knew Burl well, and always enjoyed His conversations. I could always count on Vinton equipment to work on my machinery when needed and results were always positive. Burl at any time had a helping hand, and would help a person when needed. Thank You Burl for always being there, as Burl is now walking with the Good Lord in the Garden of Heaven.
