After High School Clifford worked on a crew for the Santa Fe Railroad. He received an award from the Governor as an outstanding State employee. Clifford loved to stay busy and work hard as he also built numerous homes in the Glenwood area along with many other building projects. He especially enjoyed helping those that needed an extra hand. Clifford enjoyed western movie quotes. The one that best describes Clifford is “Never Use Money to Measure Wealth.”
Clifford and Becky (Severson) were married in Jackson, Wyoming on November 24, 1993. They enjoyed raising various farm animals, trail riding their horses throughout the Midwest and visiting national parks. Clifford also enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. He loved family events and being a grandpa (Papa). Clifford spent years with his early AM coffee group as he and his buddies would claim to be solving the world’s problems.

I am so very sorry to hear this. Clifford was my cousin. His father, Junior, was my mother, Wilma’s brother. I never got to know Clifford, but have only heard good things about him and know he was a good man. To the family I want to express my sincerest sympathies. God bless you all.
