Celebration of Life Gathering: September 4, 2021, 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the home of Connie Hirst, 1009 Prospect Avenue, Malvern, Iowa.
David Lynn Ivory, 65 of Glenwood, Iowa passed away July 31, 2021 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He was born on February 17, 1956 in Craighead, Arkansas to Robert Lee and Wilma (Smith) Ivory.
David was passionate about music, television commercials and watching Wheel of Fortune as well as The Price Is Right. He enjoyed reading T.V. Guide, magazines and newspapers. He participated in the Special Olympics in basketball, enjoyed going out to eat and visiting with people. It was said that David lived life to the fullest.
Preceding David in passing were his parents, brother Gus Ivory and Aunt Gussie Ivory. Survivors include his guardian Carol Tribbie and her family of Malvern, Iowa; brothers Robert Ivory of Tennessee, Richard Ivory of Des Moines, Iowa, John Ivory of Nevada, nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.

I am so sorry for your loss. David was such an amazing inspiration and gift to all the knew him. His eyes and expressions were always a delight when I was around him. I wish you and the family so much love in this time of grief but yet celebrate how beautiful of a person he was. I love you guys!
David brightened so many lives! God made him a blessing, for sure.
