Please correct the spelling of my aunt’s name… Naoma
How we would like to join you to pay tribute to such a sweet lady! We keep thinking maybe we could go, then think of the snow storms and think maybe not. Some of my memories include how your Mom/Grandmom liked to try new recipes for family dinners, especially desserts. She was known for her red velvet cake! And, when I went away to college, she helped my Mom make some clothes for me.
She was so appreciative of my last visit to her in September. I promised I’d be back and am sad I didn’t make it. Aunt Naoma was steady, strong, a hard worker and loving. I always looked forward to my visits with her and will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with family and friends as you prepare to say goodbye and pay tribute. We will continue to think of you throughout the weekend, early next week and beyond.
Carolyn, Jerry, & Pat and families,
Sorry to hear of the ‘tough row you have had to hoe’ the past while….Your mother and my mother have had many happy years together, working in the church.
She did a pretty good job teaching Jerry the ‘art of bridge’ !!!!!
Sincere sympathy,
Richard & Sherry Bass (Florida)
