Sheryl was often willing to put others before herself and that is an increasingly rare quality these days. Her generosity and kindness frequently made me feel like family. There are only a handful of people in life you can count on to come help you jump a car after the sun goes down, and she was one of them.

She loved Hallmark movies, the Chiefs and dogs, so there was always plenty to talk about when I saw her. We shared a love for homegrown tomatoes but hers were always more fruitful and better tasting. She will be missed.
