Thelma Elaine Cadek, 60, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, entered into rest on April 1, 2006 at Glen Haven Home in Glenwood. She was born Aug. 24, 1945 Thomas and Caroline (Frahm) Thompson. She is survived by nieces and nephews. No services were held.
