Wayne Edward Shields 46, of Omaha, Nebraska, formerly of Glenwood, Iowa, entered into eternal rest on November 29, 2008 in Omaha, Nebraska. He was born August 21, 1962 in St. Louis, Missouri to Edward Sam and Mildred Cora (Masters) Shields.
Wayne was employed in the construction business. He enjoyed getting together with his family and friends.
Preceding Wayne in death were his parents, brother, Richard Shields; uncles, Raymond and Albert Masters.
He is survived by his son, Christopher Shields; two grandchildren, Talia and Chase Shields all of Rockford, Illinois; sister, Debbie & husband Steve Palmer of Glenwood, Iowa; niece, Jessica Smith and nephew Afton Palmer both of Glenwood, Iowa; aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
