Wendell Prindle

Wendell Prindle, 63 of Glenwood, IA entered into rest in Omaha Nebraska on September 1, 2016. He was born on October 14, 1952 in Glenwood, IA to Charles & Hazel (Etherington) Prindle.

Wendell resided in Mills County for most of his life. He was united in marriage to Gloria Jean Durham on May 29, 1976 in Malvern, IA. To this union three children were born Clinton, Angela and Michelle. Wendell was employed as a resident treatment worker at the Glenwood Resource Center.

Preceding Wendell in passing were his parents and brother, Charles Prindle & granddaughter, Caylen Prindle. Survivors include his wife, Gloria Prindle; children, Clinton (Alison) Prindle; Angela (Ryan McCurdy) Prindle & Michelle (Michael) Howell all of Glenwood, IA; grandchildren, Colton Prindle, Clayton Prindle, Jace Hartley, Camryn Hartley, Kenzie Prindle and Lilliana Prindle; brother, Fred (Barb) Prindle of Prior Lake, MN; sisters, Darlene Laughlin of Jefferson City, MO; Dorothy (Fred) Konfrst; Rosalie Desgranges both of Glenwood, IA; sister-in-law, Karon Prindle of Pacific Junction, IA; several nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.

Interment will be held in the West Liberty Cemetery, north of Glenwood, IA.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

    Wendell was a neighbor of ours for years in Tyler,Texas, always wondered what happened to him. You are in our prayers.
